Phoenix Loss Control is an enterprise class damage recovery business. With our corporate experience in audit and compliance, as well as creating and implementing the recovery program, Bill Rush and Cathy Barna bring real-world experience and success to the client's organization.
William Rush, President
Bill is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He has worked in law enforcement, audit, and the telecom and utility industry. Bill also worked with MediaOne and AT&T Broadband in audit and compliance as a Senior Audit Manager.
Cathy Barna, Vice President
Cathy graduated from the University of Nebraska and moved on to Colorado where she worked for 30 years in the Bell companies: Mountain Bell, US West, MediaOne, AT&T Broadband and Comcast. While with AT&T Broadband, Cathy created the Outside Plant Damage recovery program which was implemented corporate-wide.
